New Zealand Pony Club

The New Zealand Pony Clubs Association (NZPCA) is a not for profit, youth voluntary organisation for young people interested in ponies/horses and riding.

The NZPCA is represented nationally by its 81 Clubs, 238 Branches and over 9,400 Members.

The NZPCA membership is available to riders in pony group and is a separate membership with a yearly fee.

Being a NZPCA member means you get access to extra theory sessions and get to work towards the nationally recognized pony club certificates.

If your rider is a beginner rider, they will start at D level.

Riders older than 12 who are already cantering and jumping may enter at D+ level.

To progress, riders work through all the learning required. This is done through their pony group sessions and extra theory learning sessions. Upon passing their examination the rider will then work towards their next certificate.

NZPCA membership is a yearly cost of $70.
To sign up head to nominate, find Littleriver Equestrian on the list and sign your rider up. (Reminder, they must already be in a pony group)
